
Electronic Temporary Registration System



The Electronic Temporary Registration System (ETR) provides a means for agents (licensed dealers) to issue temporary license plates. The system provides users real time access to vehicle and registration information from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). The system grants access to real time transaction processing of Temporary Registration Applications. Access to and use of the ETR by service providers, their employees, EFS agents and their employees is tracked through the ETR system.
Dealers wishing to participate in the ETR must contact one of the currently certified service providers listed below.
